Joseph and Oscar Bryan performed brilliantly to get to the finals of 2 events held at Oakham Tennis Club. Oscar won 3 out of his four matches in the Under 8’s beating George Miller(Stamford) 10-6,Toby Hanson(Oakham) and Zachary Cox. This ment that Oscar made the final but was out foxed by Sebastian Smith(n/a) 5-10 in the final.
Brother Joseph also had great success beating Joshua Taylor(Oakham) 4-1 to qualify for the knock out. Joseph then had a very tough match against Stamford’s dangerous Harry Miller which he just sneaked 4-3. A comfortable win was followed in the semi finals 4-1 against Elliott Cox(Stamford) but he was edged out in the final 4-0 by Joshua Taylor(Manchester).
